Indiagems.com wishes you to be fully satisfied with every online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchasing, just send it back (except custom orders) within 14 days from the date of receipt for refund/credit for the price of the item. Please write us an e-mail at: info@indiagems.com before returning the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Required Conditions Of Return

We accept return of products only purchased from our website.

•  If items is defective or damage
•  If items is not exactly that’s order
•  If you received the wrong product

We do not accept any returns of purchased from showroom or any trade show event.

You must return items in new or unused condition with all original packaging and materials included.  ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s)  on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.

You can expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks. You may receive your refund sooner, but allow three (3) weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 7 days), item inspection and refund processing when we receive your return (up to 7 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days).

We will refund your money or credit in your credit card account for any payments made towards your purchase.

Product Availability Policy

• Due to multiple selling channels, sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item may become out of stock before we’re able to post notification at the site. In such situation, we will inform you personally by e-mail if your order includes such stock.
• If you choose the goods which are out of stock (Sold or unavailable in required quantity) then the processing may be delayed. We will inform you via email as soon as possible and will keep you updated about your orders status.
• In case of payment received for goods-out of stock, the due amount will be easily refunded as per your preference.
