We can ship and accept payment from any country in the world.

Most orders begin the process immediately but please expect a 24 to 48 hour for the order processing. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, address is verified, and the item is ready. If an item is not in stock, you'll be notified by phone and/or email.

Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent reflecting that your order has been shipped. It will indicate which carrier has been used and a method of tracking the order to your door.
All parcels are shipped by USPS, If customer request to send parcel by FedEx, UPS services then extra charges will be applicable, It is depended on state/country. Please send request to info@indiagems.com for your queries.
The approx delivery time is calculated based on the number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order. Package may arrive sooner or later than expected. There may be delays and/or fees due to your country's customs policies that we cannot anticipate. USPS tracking number will be provided upon shipment, but tracking number may not generate information at www.usps.com until package has been delivered.
